     Q: Why would I use an E-mail ad?
     A:
Think about all the times you wanted to get a message just to your fellow
          Real Estate Agents. Introducing a new listing, an open house, a bonus being offered,
          a price reduction, a broker tour or if you are a broker, a way to recruit new agents.
          Just because you put your listing in the MLS does not mean everybody will
          see it, but sending your message by an E-Ad is putting it in front of every
          Real Estate Agent in your area.

     Q: Can I add additional areas to my mailing list?
     A:
Yes, however there is an additional charge of $40 for each area you want.
          (must be the same ad)

     Q: I don't know anything about designing an ad, what do I do?
     A:
No problem, just go to our Products and Services page and follow the order
           instructions.

     Q: I already have my ad copy, can you use it?
     A:
Yes, you can send it to us as a PDF, JPEG or web page.

     Q: Is there a savings by having my own ad copy?
     A:
Yes, go to our Products and Services page for the pricing.

     Q: What is the cost of your E-Ads?
     A:
Go to our Products and Services page for the pricing.

     Q: How long after I order an E-Ad will it be sent?
     A:
Depending on our schedule for the area you want, we can have your proof to you
           in 24 to 48 hours. Once you approve your proof, your E-Ad will be sent right
           away.

     Q: I have all my flyers on my web site, can you use them?
     A:
Yes, just give us your web address and the location of the ad you want to use
           and we'll take it from there.

     Q: How do I send my property photos?
     A:
Easy, just make sure they are in a jpeg format and then attach them to your order
          to us.

     Q: Can you use my picture and logos?
     A:
Yes, just attach them the same as your property pictures

    

      Q: What is your cancellation policy?
     A:
Sorry, but once we finish your proof we cannot refund your money. If however
         you cancel before we start on your proof we will be happy to cancel your order
         and give you a refund. You will be charged a $30 cancellation fee. If you need to
         transfer your E-Ad purchase to another property, we can do that for a small fee
         of $20. If you ordered any of our E-Ad special packages there is no cancellation
         after the first ad has been sent.
